Job summary

Inova Loudoun Hospital is seeking an experienced ED Nurse to support our team in the Leesburg area. Eligible nurses can earn sign-on and relocation bonuses.

This full-time mid-shift position (11am-11pm) involves 3-12 hour shifts with weekend and on-call rotation. We are a Joint Commission-certified Advanced Primary Stroke Center, part of Inova Loudoun Hospital, providing high-quality emergency care in a designated trauma center.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of RN clinical experience in the acute care setting.
• BSN from an accredited nursing program; if ADN, BSN must be completed within 5 years of start date.
• RN license in Virginia (or eligible) to practice as an RN.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledgeable and caring clinical practice and care coordination through an understanding of patient, family, nurse, and healthcare delivery team.
• Conduct all patient care in a patient and family-centered manner.
• Use an integrated approach toward patient outcomes.
• Utilize standards, guidelines, and pathways for care delivery.
