The role requires two years of ER experience, active RN licensure in Wisconsin, and current BCLS/ACLS/PALS or ENPC; TNCC preferred. In-person role with a strong emphasis on patient advocacy and teamwork.

Responsibilities

  • Administer medications following the five rights of medication administration.
  • Supervise ED staff such as ER Technicians and ensure efficient workflows.
  • Communicate clearly with patients and families, explaining procedures and plans.
  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams on patient care plans.
  • Maintain infection control standards to ensure patient safety.
  • Participate in ongoing education and quality improvement initiatives.
