Qualifications

• High School Graduate required or equivalent.
• BLS required; OHS Fit Test and Annual Assessment.
• Graduate of State Certified Program or 1 year clinical experience as nursing student/foreign graduate nurse.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Take and document vital signs and report variations.
• Provide patient comfort and safety measures.
• Assist in preparing for surgery and procedures.
• Transport patients and documents records.
• Maintain infection control and environmental safety.
