Adventist Health is seeking an RN Manager for the Emergency Department in Bakersfield, CA. The role leads nursing staff, coordinates daily ED operations, and partners with physicians to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.

The ideal candidate will have a BSN, leadership experience, and strong clinical operations knowledge, with a focus on patient safety and regulatory compliance. This is a full-time, on-site position at Adventist Health Bakersfield.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• Five years' technical experience preferred.
• One year's leadership experience preferred.
• Two years' experience of acute care nursing in hospital setting preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises and directs nursing and ancillary staff with professional discretion.
• Schedules, leads, and coordinates daily unit activities on assigned shift.
• Drives patient safety, quality of care, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
• Performs daily rounds with physicians to coordinate care and communicate issues.
