Qualifications

• Current Oregon RN license.
• BSN preferred.
• AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers certification.
• ACLS, PALS, TNCC & Code Grey within 6 months.
• NRP & Moderate within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition and needs using critical thinking and clinical judgment; set outcomes and coordinate care.
• Calculates dosages and administers medications accurately per policy.
• Documents all patient care in hospital systems and records.
• Participate in quality improvement and maintain professional relationships with staff and patients.
