  • Be a Learning Catalyst: Assess, design, and deliver cutting‑edge education programs for our ED staff, from new hire orientation to ongoing professional development. You’ll be the architect of their growth!

MNA Work Agreement

Job Requirements
You’re Our Ideal Candidate If You Have:
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (required)
  • A current North Dakota RN license (or compact state)
  • At least 3 years of clinical experience in an Emergency Department setting
  • A proven track record in education or precepting (teaching experience required!)
  • Passion for adult learning and a knack for making complex information engaging.
  • BLS certification (or ability to obtain within 480 hours)
  • A drive for professional development, including pursuing or maintaining a nursing certification.
