Vanderbilt University Medical Center is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse for a 13-week Staffing Collaborative assignment in the ED at Vanderbilt Wilson County. The role offers premium pay and potential health benefits, with shifts primarily at night and a schedule that may include weekends and holidays.

You will collaborate with the health care team to provide comprehensive care, maintain evidence-based practices, and support patient education across units.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse required.
• Graduate of an approved nursing program with 1 year ED RN experience; 2+ years preferred.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates in establishing the plan of care and coordinates delivery across the continuum.
• Analyzes patient information to determine nursing diagnoses and interventions.
• Evaluates patient progress and applies interventions to achieve outcomes.
• Promotes health and a safe environment through evidence-based practices.
• Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
