Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Paramedic or EMT CC preferred; NA/MA certification or telemetry reading ability.
• Knowledge of computer systems; prior clerical experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology; strong communication and organization.
• Current BLS

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient rhythms and interpret changes; report to RN/Physician/APP.
• Assist with central monitoring, alarms, and telemetry equipment.
• Document and update patient information in the EMR with two identifiers.
• assist with ED flow and deliver excellent patient service.
• Help train new staff on medical monitoring systems.
• Remain calm in high-stress situations and communicate effectively.
