Job summary

UNC Health Blue Ridge in Morganton, NC is seeking a Utilization Management RN in the Emergency Department to ensure efficient use of services and coordinated patient care. You will work with multidisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes and support a patient-centered clinical environment.

The role requires an active NC RN license, 3 years of acute care experience, and BLS/CPR through the American Heart Association.

Qualifications

• License to practice as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina.

Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Utilization Management (UM) Registered Nurse with the Emergency Department, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the effective and efficient use of healthcare services. Leverage your clinical expertise to assess patient needs, coordinate care, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
