Job summary

Enloe Health, a Level II Trauma Center in Northern California, is seeking a Part-Time Patient Access Representative III for the Admitting area. The role requires accurate collection and analysis of demographic, insurance, financial and clinical data to register patients seeking treatment.

The position emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered care, adherence to privacy laws, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced ED setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one of the following: Competency as Patient Access Representative I or II at Enloe Medical Center
• 6 months in a hospital patient registration position
• 2 years patient registration experience in a doctor’s office or medical setting

Responsibilities

• Register patients presenting for treatment in the Emergency Department
• Collect and analyze required demographic, insurance, financial and clinical data
• Facilitate efficient operations, expeditious reimbursement and patient satisfaction
