Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid Michigan teaching certificate with special education endorsement.
• Experience with students with special education needs.
• Experience teaching in urban settings.
• Training in CRPBIS, CPI, or related instructional methodologies.
• Demonstrate passion for and expertise in working with students with IEP goals.
• Support students in reaching their IEP goals and document progress.
• Provide instruction across math, literacy, social studies and science.
• Use data to differentiate instruction and learn from feedback.
• Build relationships with students and parents; participate in PD.

• Perform other duties as assigned to support the district mission.
