Responsibilities

• Serve as a resource to school staff and families in developing a balanced communication program.
• Provide evidence-based interventions within MTSS framework.
• Develop and implement individualized speech-language therapy plans.
• Assist teachers/parents in observing and referring students with speech-language needs.
• Conduct articulation, voice, fluency and language assessments.
• Provide screening and contribute to IEP development.
• Maintain records and collaborate with staff and families.
• Deliver in-service education and serve as a consultant on speech-language topics.
• Collaborate to implement therapy strategies in daily activities.
