What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Manage ecosystem partner initiatives and develop strategic plans for partner growth
- Maintain regular communication with partners and internal teams to ensure sales targets are met
- Build and manage relationships with the GitLab field sales organization
- Design and execute joint business plans with partners, including go-to-market strategies
- Contribute to quarterly business reviews and provide forecasts and progress reports
What is Required (Qualifications)
- 3+ years of experience in software development tools or application lifecycle management solutions
- Strong network across the partner ecosystem in North America
- Knowledge of Partner Ecosystems in the U.S. and Canada, as well as the Cloud market
- Experience with B2B sales and selling open source solutions
- Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
