What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Manage ecosystem partner initiatives and develop strategic plans for partner growth
  • Maintain regular communication with partners and internal teams to ensure sales targets are met
  • Build and manage relationships with the GitLab field sales organization
  • Design and execute joint business plans with partners, including go-to-market strategies
  • Contribute to quarterly business reviews and provide forecasts and progress reports
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 3+ years of experience in software development tools or application lifecycle management solutions
  • Strong network across the partner ecosystem in North America
  • Knowledge of Partner Ecosystems in the U.S. and Canada, as well as the Cloud market
  • Experience with B2B sales and selling open source solutions
  • Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
