Job description

Puget Sound Partnership is hiring for the position of Ecosystem Recovery Coordinator

The Ecosystem Recovery Coordinator (ERC) leads local recovery efforts by managing contracts, managing funds, and building strong collaborative partnerships with Local Integrating Organizations (LIOs) across Puget Sound. The ERC serves as a key bridge between local communities, Tribes, and regional stakeholders, elevating local priorities to shape the agency’s Action Agenda and driving environmental justice initiatives. In this role, the ERC will oversee contract administration and scopes of work, guide LIO prioritization processes, and facilitate alignment among diverse partners to secure funding and remove barriers to large-scale ecosystem recovery.

The annual starting range of compensation for this position is between $77,364 – $85,488 depending upon qualifications. The full position salary range for this position is $77,364 – $93,612. Hiring supervisors can negotiate employment offers with candidates for this recruitment within the boundaries of the starting salary range based on a formulaic approach. The full position range is the broader range the newly hired person can expect their salary to grow during their tenure in the position. Salary ranges will increase when future legislatively approved general wage increases for non-represented state employees occur. Employees and their families are covered by medical (including vision), dental, long-term disability, and basic life insurance. State employees are members of the Washington Public Employees’ Retirement System and can participate in the Deferred Compensation Program, a supplemental retirement savings program. Employees are given paid time off, designated paid holidays, allowances for professional growth, and hiring incentives. .
