Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Business; Master’s or higher preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience at high school or college level.
• Proven record mentoring students in business or economics competitions (FBLA, Wharton, DECA).
• Ability to teach across Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Financial Accounting, Corporate Finance and Business Strategy.

Responsibilities

• Teach engaging courses in Economics, Finance, Accounting, and Business Management aligned with AP and university standards.
• Mentor and prepare students for competitions such as FBLA and Wharton Global High School Investment Competition.
• Collaborate to design interdisciplinary courses with real-world business applications.
• Incorporate case studies, simulations, and project-based learning to build financial literacy and analytical skills.
• Guide students in research, portfolio management, and entrepreneurship projects, fostering leadership and teamwork.
• Assess student performance and provide timely, constructive feedback.
