Job summary

Bossier Parish Community College is recruiting adjunct instructors to teach Economics courses (online and in-person) in a flexible schedule including mornings, afternoons, evenings, or online asynchronous formats. The role requires a command of Economics and the ability to fully utilize Canvas LMS for course materials and student access.

Instructors will grade assignments, complete required course documents, and communicate promptly with staff, faculty, and students.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum of eighteen (18) graduate hours in Economics.

Responsibilities

• Instruct student in Economics classes (online and/or in-person).
• Complete and turn in required end-of-course documents, to include evaluations.
• Submit Shows/No Shows on time.
• Respond to BPCC staff, faculty, and students in a timely manner.
• Grade assignments in a timely manner.
• Fully utilize Canvas LMS to include all course materials for students to access.
