Job summary
The Downtown Denver Partnership is seeking a Coordinator, Research and Analytics to support the Center for Economic Development and Neighborhood Planning. You will drive data collection, analysis, and reporting to advance economic development, real estate, mobility, and engagement initiatives in downtown Denver.
A successful candidate will update dashboards, analyze submarket trends with GIS and data tools, and partner with teams across the organization to deliver credible, transparent downtown
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in urban planning or related field required.
- Experience with database management, GIS, web development, and data visualization.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication, teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Update and maintain the Why Downtown data platform using Excel, ArcGIS, and Salesforce.
- Analyze submarket trends with Placer.ai and other tools.
- Support office retention and business engagement analytics.
- Track downtown transactional data and support pipeline in Salesforce.
- Maintain High Frequency Data Dashboard and Development Map.
- Assist with events and cross-team initiatives.
