You will collaborate with participants, community partners, employers, and staff to promote employment readiness, financial stability, and long-term advancement, while using the Apricot Platform for data tracking.

Qualifications

• Experience in case management and individualized service planning.
• Strong advocacy and coordination with community partners.
• Familiarity with TANF or employment-support programs beneficial.
