Summary / Objective:

Klickly is seeking a Sales Referral Partner. In this role, you'll be tasked with cultivating and nurturing robust relationships with our brand partners in a dynamic and fast-paced market. Your role involves leading strategic discussions to steer our partner management strategy towards success, identifying promising new partners for collaboration, and maximizing revenue growth through existing alliances. You'll actively engage in the sales process alongside partners, manage pipelines, and ensure comprehensive reporting and analysis to track performance against revenue and activity goals. Collaborating cross-functionally within Klickly, you'll play a pivotal role in driving growth and fostering expansion opportunities with our valued partners.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Building and developing strong referral partner relationships in an exciting, fast-paced, and competitive marketplace
  • Leading and participating in discussions on the strategic direction of our referral partner management strategy
  • Identifying potential new referral partners for Klickly to pursue
  • Driving revenue growth through existing strategic relationships
  • Active participation in all facets of the sales process with partners
  • Pipeline development and management of partners along with maintaining reporting and visibility into performance against all revenue and activity KPIs
  • Working with other teams and members of Klickly to drive growth and expansion with our partners

Desired experience and skills:

  • 3+ years of successful referral partner/partner sales experience
  • Experience working with eCommerce merchants and a strong book of business required
  • Experience selling to “C” level Executives and multiple decision makers
  • A strong self-starter with the desire and flexibility to operate in a fast-paced technology company
  • Experience and willingness to sell and work in a highly collaborative, team-first environment
  • Experience and/or the ability to drive revenue through the efforts of others is required
  • The ability to exceed monthly, quarterly and annual quota objectives, and a quantifiable track record of success is required
  • Qualified candidates must possess the ability to maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet our core values and culture
  • Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel and Word, and Google Docs and GSuite management skills
  • Experience with HubSpot (CRM), Trello, and Slack
