Goodwill Legacy Group in Noblesville, IN is seeking a ShopGoodwill Product Specialist to support store leadership by identifying high‑value donations and forwarding items to our eCommerce operation. The role also functions in various capacities within the store as needed.

You will assist in processing donations, organizing products for online posting and in-store showcases, and helping the team reach online sales goals while maintaining a clean, efficient workspace.

• Maximizes online posting percentage while maintaining high average ticket.
• Maintains clean and orderly work area and safety standards.
• Supports store management in achieving financial targets.
