Job summary

Goodwill of Central Illinois is hiring a Product Associate for our Peoria, IL site to support ShopGoodwill operations. You will photograph merchandise, list items, and sort products with a focus on accuracy and quality. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and meeting hourly quotas in a production environment.

The position is full-time, on-site, with an $16.00 hourly rate. Candidates should be detail-oriented and reliable, capable of using Android smartphones and writing compelling product

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced/production-oriented environment with focus on process, safety, and quality.
• Ability to meet and exceed hourly production quotas.
• Adheres to procedures and maintains confidentiality of information.

Responsibilities

• Photograph merchandise and ensure accurate representations in photos.
• List merchandise and write clear product descriptions with proper grammar and spelling.
• Sort products, verify titles and keywords, and post items to ClickGoodwill site.
• Maintain a safe, orderly work area and meet hourly quotas.
• Cross-train in other areas to build skills within the department.
