You will define requirements, create user stories, test site functionality, and analyze performance data to drive improvements during SAP implementation and evolving digital initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must be pursuing or recent graduate in Business, IS, Ecommerce, Marketing, or related field.
• Interest in ecommerce, product management, or digital retail.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Independent worker with attention to detail.
• Previous retail or ecommerce experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering and refining ecommerce feature requirements from cross-functional teams.
• Create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and development tickets in Jira.
• Support backlog management, user story creation, and prioritization.
• Help test new site functionality, identify defects, and track resolution.
• Analyze site performance data and customer feedback to recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with design, development, marketing, and operations teams to ensure features are aligned with business objectives.
• Document product changes, workflows, and testing results.
• Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospective meetings.
• Stay current on ecommerce trends and competitor experiences to bring fresh ideas.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Ecommerce, Marketing
