Job summary

All Tile CCS in Plymouth, MN seeks an eCommerce Customer Service and Fulfillment Specialist to support customers through the order fulfillment process, handle inquiries, resolve issues, and coordinate with the fulfillment team to ensure timely deliveries. The role also supports the eCommerce operations team with order fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and a positive customer experience.

Typical schedule is Monday–Friday 8:00 am–4:30 pm with occasional rotating Saturday half-days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years in eCommerce, customer service or order fulfillment.
• Experience with eCommerce platforms (WooCommerce, Shopify) and customer service tools (HubSpot, Zendesk).
• Knowledge of shipping carriers (USPS, FedEx, UPS).
• Strong computer skills including MS Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, shipping, tracking, cancellations and returns.
• Assist with processing orders, verifying order accuracy and updating customers on progress.
• Address and resolve customer complaints including delays, lost packages, incorrect orders, damaged items.
• Process return requests, coordinate replacements and ensure refunds.
• Coordinate with internal teams and logistics partners to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders and resolutions.
• Collaborate with the eCommerce team to monitor inventory levels and communication stock issues to customers.
• Identify common customer pain points and suggest improvements to fulfillment and customer service operations.
• Process and manage online orders from multiple sales channels (Amazon, WooCommerce, etc.).
• Pick, pack and ship customer orders and ensure shipment tracking.
