Job summary

The Andersons, Inc. is seeking a driven student to help create photo and video content for our eCommerce campaigns. You will capture outdoors and real-world environments, supporting digital ads, product listings, and social media content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.

You will gain hands-on experience in planning, production, editing, and optimization for digital marketing and eCommerce, while working with the team to execute content strategies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Visual Communication, Digital Media, Journalism, Advertising, or related field.
• Must have access to video recording equipment capable of producing high-quality content (smartphone or camera).
• Experience creating content for social media platforms such asTikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or Facebook.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar content creation and editing tools.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Basic understanding of social media trends, content formats, and audience engagement strategies.
• Ability to work outdoors and travel to content capture locations as needed.

Position Overview

Most content capture will take place outdoors and in real-world environments rather than in a traditional studio setting.

Minimum Qualifications & Skills
