Maid Right of North Charlotte seeks reliable House Cleaners to join our team in Cornelius, NC. You will clean residential and light commercial properties on a Monday–Friday schedule, 8am–5pm, with no evenings unless requested.

Training is provided on our cleaning system, and you’ll work with a two‑person team to ensure quality, timely results. No prior experience is required; we offer paid training, paid time off, and opportunities for advancement as you grow with the franchise.

Qualifications

• Valid driver license and reliable transportation.
• No experience required; training provided on Maid Right cleaning system.
• Willingness to work in a two-person cleaning team.

Responsibilities

• Clean residential and light commercial properties in a timely and efficient manner.
• Work collaboratively with a team of two cleaners.
• Follow Maid Right cleaning system to ensure consistency and quality.
• Communicate with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain equipment and cleaning supplies.
