Job summary

Guest Services, Inc. is seeking a Housekeeper responsible for skilled and routine cleaning to maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the unit.

Responsibilities include changing linens, dusting, laundry duties, reporting repairs, and adhering to safety and green initiatives. Must have strong sanitation habits and customer service mindset; English reading/writing proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Partial High School education or High School Diploma/G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
• Strong sanitation habits and safety awareness.
• Strong customer service abilities; willing to assist customers and coworkers.
• Ability to recognize issues and report to management.

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned areas as directed by management and in compliance with green initiatives.
• Change linens and make beds.
• Dust and clean furniture, mirrors, windows, bases, and other surfaces.
• Pull and replace trash bags; keep areas clean and tidy.
• Clean and vacuum under beds, desks, and behind night stands.
• Check and replace missing items in rooms (soaps, shampoos, hangers, etc.).
• Ensure bathrooms and fixtures are spotless and sanitized.
• Sweep and mop bathroom floors; maintain cleanliness of lights and fixtures.
• Perform laundry duties as assigned.
• Notify Supervisor of quality control issues or repairs.
