9NEXUS Limited is seeking an experienced ECM Project Manager with 10+ years in IT and Engineering Systems to implement and integrate Hexagon Intergraph ECM, SPF, and related data management solutions across life sciences, chemical, energy, and manufacturing sectors.

The role focuses on deploying ECM, leading integrations with SAP, SharePoint, Documentum, AVEVA, CAD apps, and data platforms, and ensuring governance, data integrity, and GMP/GxP/ISO compliance while coordinating testing,

Qualifications

10+ years of IT and Engineering Systems experience.
5+ years managing Engineering Content or Document Management projects.
Experience implementing and integrating ECM/engineering data management solutions.

Responsibilities

Manage ECM deployment, configuration, and engineering document migration from legacy systems.
Lead integrations with SAP, Documentum, SharePoint, AVEVA, CAD applications, and enterprise data platforms.
Coordinate system testing, validation, UAT, and technical architecture alignment.
Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Capital Projects, IT teams, and external vendors.
Ensure document governance, lifecycle management, data integrity, and compliance with GMP/GxP, FDA, and ISO standards.
Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, quality, and delivery timelines.
