ElderSource is seeking a data systems and LAN support specialist to assist with the operation of eCIRTS/LAN and related services. You will input data, assist with access controls, and ensure data integrity while supporting providers and staff with technical issues.
The role includes developing reports, performing QA on data, and coordinating with the MIS department and DOEA directives. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

A. Provides input and assistance for all functions related to the operation of the
Local Area Network (LAN), which may include the following:

Bachelor's Degree from four-year college or university; or technical institute
and three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination
of education and experience substituted on a year-for-year basis for the
educational requirement.

B. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.

To perform this job successfully, this position should have knowledge of report
writer, Internet, spreadsheet, and word processing software, and various
computer system applications.
