Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree from a Diagnostic Medical Ultrasound Program or CAAHEP-accredited program.
• National Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (ARRtCDMS) or CCI certification upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform transthoracic echocardiograms for inpatients and outpatients.
• Assist physicians with transesophageal echocardiograms and stress echocardiograms.
• Complete patient worksheets and process reports per department guidelines.
• Participate in quality improvement and work with Cardiovascular Imaging Manager on department issues.
