Requirements include graduation from an accredited medical-cardiac ultrasound program (or equivalent), ARDMS RDCS or CCI certification on hire, and BLS from the American Heart Association.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of Medical-Cardiac Ultrasound or equivalent training.
• ARDMS RDCS certification upon hire (National Registry Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer).
• CCCI cardiovascular credentialing certification upon hire.
• BLS certification by American Heart Association upon hire.
• Minimum 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs cardiac ultrasound diagnostic procedures as ordered by a staff physician with minimal supervision.
• Operates ultrasound equipment and ensures proper image acquisition for interpretation by physicians.

Echocardiograph Technologist at Providence Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital in Santa Rosa, CA. This position is Per Diem and will work 8-hour, Variable shifts.

The Echo technologist is an individual who performs cardiac ultrasound diagnostic procedures as ordered by a staff physician with minimal supervision from the Imaging Management team.

Required Qualifications:

• Coursework/Training Graduate of accredited school of Medical-Cardiac Ultrasound. Or Equivalent training.
• Upon hire: National Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer from American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography Or
• Upon hire: National Certification from Cardiovascular Credentialing International
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• 1 year of Experience.
