HCA Houston Healthcare Southeast in Pasadena, TX seeks an Echo Vascular Tech PRN to perform 2D, M-Mode and Doppler Echo, carotid, arterial and venous scans, segmental BP measurements and stress echocardiography. TEE assistance may be required, with a strong emphasis on compliance with ethics and coding standards.

Qualifications include BLS within 30 days of start and a HS diploma or GED. This PRN position requires no travel and supports a comprehensive benefits package.

Formación

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsabilidades

• Perform 2D, M-Mode and Doppler Echo assessments.
• Perform heart dopplers and carotid artery scans.
• Conduct peripheral arterial and venous scans.
• Take segmental blood pressure measurements.
• Assist with Stress Echocardiogram, pharmacologic testing and treadmill.
• Provide TEE assistance as needed.

Job Summary and Qualifications

What you will do in this role:

• 2D, M-Mode, Doppler Echo.
• Needle Guided Paracentesis.
• Expectations Ethics and Compliance 1. All employees will be held accountable for attending training regarding the Code of Conduct program at least annually.
• Perform carotid artery scans.
• Perform heart dopplers.
• Perform peripheral arterial scans.
• Perform Peripheral venous scans.
• Perform segmental blood pressure measurements.
• Stress Echocardiogram, Pharmacutical and Treadmill.
• TEE Assist.

What qualifications you will need:
