HCA Houston Healthcare North Cypress is seeking an Echo and Vascular Tech to perform echocardiography studies and provide back-up support for EKG testing. The role includes reviewing results, communicating findings, and assisting with case management to ensure quality patient care.

The position requires an Associate Degree and RDCS or RCS certification where possible; Basic Life Support is required within 30 days.

Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Associate Degree required
• RDCS or RCS certification preferred

Responsabilités

• Completes echocardiography studies and provides backup to EKG technicians
• Reviews results to ensure quality and communicates findings to staff
• Identifies problems and plans tasks to maintain efficiency
• Communicates patient status to hospital staff and physicians
• Ensures proper documentation and charging of resources and tests
