Job summary

Diagnostic Imaging Solutions (DIS), a subsidiary of Catalyst MedTech, seeks a skilled Cardiovascular Sonographer to perform transthoracic echocardiograms, stress tests, and comprehensive vascular studies. You will work across diverse clinical settings, communicating findings clearly to physicians and patients.

You are a self-starter who stays current with echocardiography advances, maintains equipment, and participates in quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Active ARDMS or CCI credentials required or eligible for certification.
• Minimum 2 years of ultrasound experience with vascular and cardiac studies.
• Successful completion of an accredited ultrasound program.
• Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform transthoracic echocardiograms and stress echo exams per protocol.
• Conduct vascular studies including carotid, venous, arterial, and ABI.
• Obtain patient history and present findings to the interpreter.
• Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and staff.
• Maintain ultrasound equipment and report malfunctions promptly.
• Travel to assigned client locations and maintain safety standards.
