Job summary

Roshal Health in Carlisle, PA is seeking an Echo Technologist (PRN) to perform ultrasound and echocardiography studies. The role emphasizes independent work, strong patient communication, and adherence to safety standards in a fast-paced ER setting.

Requirements include ARDMS RDCS or CCI-RCS certification, at least 1 year post-graduation imaging experience, CPR/BLS, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work with mobile devices and hospital staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of imaging experience post-graduation.
• Current ARDMS RDCS or CCI-RCS certification.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• BLS/CPR Certification.
• Professionalism and strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform ultrasound diagnostic studies in accordance with accepted protocols.
• Maintain professional demeanor and respond promptly and professionally to all work-related calls.
• Contact the assigned facility with estimated arrival time and arrive within prescribed timeframe.
• Follow prescribed safety standards in operating equipment.
• Maintain work areas in compliance with client’s standards.
• Maintain accurate records, reports and files, as directed.
• Document work processes as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
