Job summary

St. Luke’s Health System in Boise, Idaho is seeking a Cardiovascular Imaging Specialist to join a flexible PRN schedule. You will rotate across locations with six weekend shifts per year, performing imaging studies for adult, pediatric, and congenital cases using Philips IE33 and Epiq CVx.

Epic EMR and Philips Intellispace Cardiovascular support daily workflows. New grads are welcome; no on‑call required. A minimum education of an associate degree or equivalent experience, plus BLS and

• Licenses/Certifications: BLS Provider certification and RDCS/ARDMS qualifying credentials

Responsibilities

• Perform cardiovascular imaging for adult, pediatric, congenital and CV OR patient populations.
• Operate imaging equipment (Philips IE33, Epiq CVx) and manage data in PACS.
• Document and code studies in Epic EMR and coordinate with clinical teams.
• Support safe, patient‑centered care with a strong safety culture.

What You Can Expect

• Schedule: Flex (PRN) to fill scheduling gaps with rotating days between multiple locations.

Minimum Qualifications For This Role

• Education: Associate's degree or experience in lieu of
• Licenses/Certifications:
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross.
  • Registered Cardiac Sonographer (CCI) OR Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer certification (ARDMS).
