You will support physicians and sonographers, handle specimen documentation, and contribute to quality control. Requirements include an Associate’s Degree in Sonography or related field, RCIS and BLS within 30 days, and at least 1 year healthcare experience.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Sonography or related field, or Certificate of Completion.
• RCIS certification.
• BLS certification within 30 days.
• Minimum of 1+ years healthcare experience.
• Skills in performing diverse echocardiographic procedures including stress tests and pediatric echoes.
• Ability to assess imaging quality, document accurately, and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Positive attitude with strong multitasking and patient flow coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine and complex echocardiographic exams, ensuring high-quality imaging
• Review patient data for accuracy and completeness
• Administer contrast when indicated and document procedures and charges
• Participate in team rotations, including call duties
• Maintain compliance with laboratory protocols, quality control, and corrective actions
• Cross-train in other cardiovascular services and seek continuous learning in echocardiography
