Overview

Job Summary

Position Title: Echo Technician

Job Summary: Essen is currently recruiting for an Echo Technician to join our team. The technician will perform echocardiograms.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring that all equipment is in proper operating condition, stored, and secured in a designated area.
  • Maintaining all equipment and materials in proper order in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintaining an orderly and safe lab environment as per departmental policies, entering all patient demographics and clinical findings in EHR, and preparing final reports for review and signature from medical personnel.
Qualifications

Job Requirements:

  • High School diploma.
  • Graduate of a cardiovascular sonography program.
  • Ultrasound registration as an RDMS as well as current BLS certification are required.
  • One to two years of experience in echocardiography.
  • Able to start as soon as possible.

Hourly: $40-$45 an hour
