Qualifications

Job Summary

Position Title: Echo Technician

Job Summary: Essen is currently recruiting for an Echo Technician to join our team. The technician will perform Echocardiograms.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:

• Ensures that all equipment is in proper operating condition, stored and secured in a designated area.
• Maintains all equipment and material in proper order in compliance with the company policies and procedures.
• Maintains an orderly and safe lab environment as per departmental policies, enters all patient demographics and clinical findings in EHR, and prepares final reports for review and signature from medical personnel.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• High School diploma.
• Graduate of cardiovascular sonography program.
• Ultrasound registration as an RDMS as well as current BLS certification are required.
• One to two years’ experience in echocardiography.
• Able to start as soon as possible.

Hourly: $40-$45 an hour
