Job summary

Baptist Health in Little Rock seeks an Echo Tech IHA to perform echocardiography, producing detailed heart images per established protocols. You will respond to patient needs and ensure proper documentation. Requires ARDMS/CCI eligibility and an appropriate degree, with CPR certification.

Preferred is a Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience; ARDMS or CCI registration may waive degree requirements. This is a day-shift role with weekday and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Registry eligible Cardiac Sonographer, ARDMS or CCI.
• Associate's Degree in Sonography or related field; Bachelor degree preferred.
• CPR Certification

• Use ultrasound to create detailed sonographic images of the heart per approved protocols.
• Respond to patient needs and document procedures properly.

Department: Heart Station Shift: Day Working Hours: Weekday and Weekend availability preferred.

Summary: The Electrocardiogram (Echo) Technologist uses ultrasound technology to create detailed sonographic images of the patient’s heart per approved protocols. They respond to the patient's needs and complete proper documentation. Other information:

• Registry eligible Cardiac Sonographer, ARDMS or CCI. 2. An Associate's Degree in Sonography or related field. Bachelor degree preferred. (Degree requirement may be waived if ARDMS or CCI registered with 2 years of cardiac sonographer experience.) 3. CPR Certified

This job will be authorized 0.01 hours bi-weekly.
