Job summary

Ingenovis Health is seeking an Echo Tech in Springfield, MA to perform advanced echocardiograms using ultrasound skills. You will work with patients to obtain correct image placement and assist with interpreting results alongside clinicians.

Basic requirements include 1–2 years of relevant experience and an active license or accreditation in a US state. Additional certifications may be requested by the facility or unit.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in echocardiography or related area.
• Active license or accreditation in a US state.
• Willingness to meet facility-specific certifications or requirements.
• Ability to explain procedures to patients clearly.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic echocardiograms and obtain high-quality images.
• Assist with interpretation and communicate results with clinicians.
• Collaborate with patients to ensure comfort and accurate imaging.

Job description

As an Echo Tech, you'll use your ultrasound skills to produce advanced echocardiograms of the patient's heart. Echo technicians must be experienced with diagnostic equipment, and you'll work closely with the patient to explain the procedure and get the correct image placement. After the procedure, you'll assist with interpreting the results.

Basic professional requirements include:

• 1-2 years recent experience in the job's primary area of care
• Active license or appropriate accreditation in one of the 50 US states
• Additional requirements & certifications as may be requested by the specificfacility/unit
• An enthusiastic, adventurous spirit with a desire to help
