Job summary

Ingenovis Health is partnering with UK King’s Daughters through Riverspan to provide an Echo Tech role. You will perform advanced echocardiograms, work with diagnostic equipment, and explain procedures to patients, ensuring accurate image placement for interpretation.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years recent experience in the job's primary area of care.
• Active license or appropriate accreditation in one of the 50 US states.
• Additional requirements & certifications as may be requested by the specific facility/unit.

Responsibilities

• Produce echocardiograms of the heart using ultrasound equipment.
• Explain the procedure to patients and obtain correct image placement.

Job description

As an Echo Tech, you'll use your ultrasound skills to produce advanced echocardiograms of the patient's heart. Echo technicians must be experienced with diagnostic equipment, and you'll work closely with the patient to explain the procedure and get the correct image placement. After the procedure, you'll assist with interpreting the results.
