Responsibilities

• Perform Echocardiogram or TTE exams with Color, Spectral Doppler and 2-D imaging.
• Inpatient setting across the Medical Center, procedural areas, recovery rooms and Emergency Department.
• Operate ultrasound equipment and related computer systems.

Summary of Essential Duties:

As a Cardiac Sonographer Level III, you will be responsible for performing Echocardiogram or TTE exams, with Color, Spectral Doppler and 2-D imaging in the inpatient setting throughout the Medical Center and procedural areas, recovery rooms and Emergency Department. We are seeking an experienced Sonographer who can demonstrate proficiency in the performance of all procedures and competency in the use of all related ultrasound equipment and computers.

Qualifications

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Graduate of an accredited Ultrasound program required

Licenses/Certifications:

• Current ARDMS/CCI certification required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required

Experience:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a full-time sonographer required
