About This Role

The Teacher role involves supporting Teachers and the Director in establishing a nurturing and secure environment for children, while participating in activities that enhance the overall quality of education. Effective collaboration and open communication are essential in this team-oriented position. Assistant teachers are responsible for observing and documenting children's interests and progress, and sharing this information with parents and staff. They work closely with the Teacher and Director to design and implement engaging activities tailored to children's needs and interests.

What You'll Do

• Actively engage in classroom activities, maintaining a clean and organized learning environment.
• Establish and maintain regular communication with parents through informal discussions and progress reports.

• Adhere to all center policies and state regulations at all times.
