The Shaw JCC Mandel Early Childhood Education Program in Akron, OH is seeking a full-time Lead Teacher for a 2-year-old classroom. The ideal candidate holds a CDA credential (associate degree or higher in ECE preferred) and has toddler classroom experience.

The ideal candidate:

• Holds a minimum of a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential (Associate's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred).


• Has experience teaching in a toddler classroom.


• Understands child development and creates meaningful, engaging, and developmentally appropriate experiences for 2-year-olds.


• Enjoys collaborating with a teaching partner and contributing to a positive team culture.
