The Effector Digital Products Department is seeking an Electrical Engineering Leader with strong experience in ECAD, Digital Design Layout, engineering management, components, obsolescence, PCB manufacturing, and Circuit Card Assembly. The ECAD Section Leader will utilize advanced technical knowledge, and an understanding of how this work integrates across the broader engineering organization. The candidate will collaborate with Engineering to establish technology roadmaps, enable modernization, improve design processes, and drive technical innovation. The role requires close coordination with other section leaders, the department leader, program management, senior managers, systems engineers, and multidisciplinary development teams.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD.
This position is 100% ONSITE in Tucson, Arizona. This position is a U.S.-based role. This position offers relocation. This position is in beautiful Tucson, AZ.
