• Make content engaging, relevant, and meaningful by aligning instruction with the common core, essential standards, and 21st-century content.

• Facilitate instruction using diverse methods and technology.
• Assess student learning with varied methods and support teamwork and leadership development.
• Collaborate with families and adapt teaching for students with special needs, promoting fairness in the school community.
