Job summary

TSMC Arizona is seeking an EBO Manufacturing Engineer to join our 5-nanometer fab in Phoenix, AZ. You will oversee technicians, monitor daily outputs, and drive continuous improvements in manufacturing performance.

Collaborate with EBO engineers across time zones (Arizona and Taiwan) and support on-duty rotations once per month. A BS in engineering or sciences, team leadership experience, and fluent English are required; Spanish bilingual is a plus.

Qualifications

• BS degree in engineering or a science field.
• Experience supervising or managing a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• English fluency; Spanish bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruiting and supervise technicians in Arizona mask making fab.
• Daily report manufacturing output and continuously improve performance.
• Collaborate closely with EBO engineers across time zones (Arizona and Taiwan).
• Able to work on-duty one day per every month.
