Fox Motors Lakeside Marine seeks an organized eBay Listings Coordinator to create accurate, search-friendly product listings across platforms and to manage inventory, pricing, and shipping in a fast-paced parts warehouse.

You will identify parts, photograph items, write clear descriptions, and coordinate with service/parts teams to source new inventory while maintaining high seller ratings.

Qualificações

• 2+ years selling on eBay or other online marketplaces (high-volume a plus).
• Hands-on inventory control experience (receiving, bin locations, cycle counts).
• Strong multitasking and organization; juggle listings, shipping and customer messages in one day.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets, inventory or listing software, and computers.
• Clear written communication and attention to detail.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs in a parts room/warehouse setting.
• Marine or powersports parts experience preferred.
• Familiar with multi-channel listing tools that sync inventory across platforms.
• Basic product photography skills.
• Knowledge of shipping carriers, freight, and oversized-item shipping.

Responsabilidades

• Photograph, measure and weigh parts; write clear titles and descriptions.
• Set and adjust pricing using sold comps and competition.
• Maintain accurate counts across platforms; prevent duplicate listings.
• Receive, label and bin new and used parts; perform cycle counts.
• Pick, pack and ship orders; manage carrier labels and shipping costs.
• Handle buyer questions, returns and feedback to protect seller ratings.
• Track sales, aging inventory and listing performance; report to General Manager.
• Collaborate with service and parts departments to source new inventory.

What you'll do

• Create accurate, search-friendly listings on eBay, plus other potential platforms such as Amazon, Facebook Marketplace, Etc
• Identify parts by part number, OEM cross-reference and boat/engine
• Photograph, measure and weigh parts, and write clear titles and descriptions
• Set and adjust pricing using sold comps, condition and competitor listings
• Keep counts accurate across all platforms so nothing sells twice or sits unlisted
• Receive, label and bin new and used parts; run regular cycle counts
• Pick, pack and ship orders on time; manage carrier labels and shipping costs
• Handle buyer questions, returns and feedback to protect seller ratings
• Track sales, aging inventory and listing performance, and report results to the General Manager
• Work with the service and parts departments to source new inventory, including parts from trade‑ins and traded‑out units

What we’re looking for
