Job summary

Monte Nido Clementine West Linn is seeking a per diem Recovery Coach to support adolescents in a residential treatment setting in West Linn, Oregon. The role focuses on guiding clients through recovery, coordinating with treatment teams, and modeling healthy meal and social routines.

Availability for weekend evenings (2p-10:30p) is required, with a total of 4 shifts per month. This on-site position offers exposure to the eating disorder field and a collaborative care environment.

Qualifications

• Two years post-high school education or greater; a Bachelor's in Psychology is preferred.
• At least one year of experience in a mental/behavioral health setting is highly desired (and required in some states).
• Valid state-issued Driver’s License with safe driving history.
• Strong communication, client relations, service orientation, flexibility and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in recovery journey as part of the treatment team.
• Provide support and intervention aligned with the client’s treatment plan.
• Engage clients to build healthy connections with peers and staff.
• Assist in meal support and supervision as part of the program.
• Participate in group activities and help develop core clinical skills.
• Conduct rounds and observations; may transport clients off-site for appointments.

Monte Nido Clementine, located in West Linn, OR is a residential treatment program exclusively for adolescents seeking treatment for Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, or Exercise Addiction.

At Monte Nido Clementine, we support adolescents and their families on the path to full recovery by preparing each adolescent to navigate the challenges of life free of the eating disorder. We provide empathy, education, and support to families as partners in the recovery process. We help each adolescent to replace the eating disorder with healthy skills and a deep understanding of how to live a life that reflects their own unique individuality.

We are seeking a per diem Recovery Coach to join the Monte Nido Clementine team.
