Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking an East Regional Sales Director to lead all sales operations across the Eastern United States. You will drive revenue growth, mentor a diverse sales team, and align strategies with marketing, product, and customer service efforts to meet targets and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive sales experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a regional or national capacity.
• Strong knowledge of sales principles, CRM, and market analysis.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve regional revenue goals.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
